Sites from MVW Science Online are designed in full consultation with the client. All sites are made from scratch, templates are not used, so your site is individual to you. While we advise and guide our customers as to the visual design of their web site, the final say is always with the customer.

I recognised very early that businesses, organisations and individuals, all have different needs and requirements from their web sites. Some just want their site to say what they do and sometimes (or never!) update it. Others want a dynamic site that changes often and even use it to sell their products online.

Level 1 sites are made with the same care and attention as my advanced sites. I use a combination of HTML, PHP, CSS and JavaScript in all the sites I build to make then efficient and as functional as you need them to be. Of course you'd expect text, graphics and images to make up your site. I include audio* and video** as part of the package. Check the table opposite to see what's included.

Level 2 sites include the same features as Level 1 sites PLUS mySQL database functionality, client update facility (a passworded back office), e-commerce. Check the table opposite to see what's included.

Entry Level sites are the most basic that I offer, but they are made with the same care and attention as Level 1 and Level 2 sites. They are meant for those who just want a web presence and who do not need to any advanced features such as visitor interactivity. They can be up to five 'pages' in size, contain text, graphics and images, and a fully functional contact form is provided. Check the comparison table opposite.

Site updates can be carried out upon request (images, graphics, text, layout, extra pages, and so on). The cost of site updates is £45 per hour (and on a 10 minute pro-rata basis after the first hour).

If you are likely to need regular (or semi-regular) site updates then you may well find one of the Update Options prove to be more economical. And it will help you with budget calculations.

The Update Option you choose depends on how much work per year you think you will need carried out on your site.
